Me and my friend Glen often talk about the lack of good sketch shows in recent years. There have been a few such as "That Mitchell and Webb Look" that had a good first series and have been hit and miss ever since. One show that I love to look at sketches for on the internet is "Big Train". This is where I first saw Simon Pegg and also stars other BBC Comedy stalwarts Mark Heap, Kevin Eldon and Rebecca Front, who has recently come back in great fashion in BBC 2's political comedy "The Thick of It".
This is one of my favourite sketches from "Big Train" and highlights thier standard of deadpan ridiculousness. Watch this If only for the line "remember when we didn't wank for a week..for charity?" Ill be putting a few more on here after consulting with Glen!
